George has over 20 years experience of investment banking in New York, Hong Kong and Los Angeles. His clients included Tesco, Delta Airlines, BP, AIG, Microsoft and PHH corp. George holds a BA from Oxford University and an EMBA from Wharton Business School.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Russell has 6 years investment experience in Silicon Valley. Russell also worked as an analyst for Lehman Brother's TMT investment team. Russell graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's degree and earned a MBA degree from Harvard Univesrsity.
